What information do we collect?
- Contact information: We ask users to provide their email address so they may access certain services, login to Dack App devices, see their accounts, settings and any account related information. The platform may send transacational or promotional emails to users using this email address.
- User name and password for account creation: You are not required to create an account in order to use the Services. However, you may want to do so in order to interact with the services provided on Dack Platform, save your information and logs, use applications, settings, or content created while using the Services. If you do create an account, we may collect your user name and password in order to authenticate you and provide your data only.
Please note that if you choose to create an account, you may be requested to create a custom username, and provide relevant information to identify yourself. Usernames are moderated with the aim of preventing you from using any personal information to create an account. Additionally, passwords are encrypted. - Rough geolocation information: We collect your zip code and other rough information about your location when using the Services, solely to display information for your Dack Apps account and provide you with localized content.
- Services: For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Analytics, Crash reporting. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you. This website and the mobile application provides access to third party services through their APIs or direct connection to their servers. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Dackapps and Cash App mobile application agrees to comply with the requirements (upon sublicensees or otherwise) of the below listed 3rd party Terms and Services. In addition, Dackapps and Cash App mobile application agrees to comply with the requirements (upon sublicensees or otherwise) of any future Third Party Agreements for which Dackapps or Cash App mobile application obtains rights to use or be part of.
